Upul Marambe is a well known hotelier with almost 20 years of experience in the industry of leisure and hospitality. He has earned an esteemed reputation working for leading hospitality establishments like Ceylon Intercontinental, Browns Beach, Lanka Oberoi and Villa Ocean View in the capacities of Food and Beverages Manager and Hotel Assistant Manager. Upul's vision is to serve the guests with the highest standards of well trained and friendly staff. He has been managing the IBR since 2007.

Samansiri possesses almost 20 years of experience in his culinary career and is currently in charge of Kitchen Operations at IBR. He gained a reputation working for Kosgoda Beach Hotel and the Confifi Beach Hotel where he has been recognized for his delicious dishes.

Rasika is a new-comer to the kitchen brigade of IBR. He specializes in the Pastry Division and is second in command. Rasika has acquired almost 9 years of experience in hotels like Taj Samudra, Heritance Kandalama, Cinnamon Grand etc.
